Araya Human Rights Organozation

Launching
Araya
Human Rights Organization

The organization will be lobbying to get the rights for those who are oppressed.

The organization takes its motto from the saying of messenger of Allah, Muhammed peace be upon him “ Everyone of you is responsible and he will be asked to fulfil his responsibility” and the saying of the first Calif Abobakre R “ the weak amongst you is strong until he gets his rights and the strong amongst you is weak until he gives all the due rights” and the saying of the the second Calif Omar R “ since when you have enslaved people and they were born free”

Also the organisation takes its motto from the need to apply the international law issued 1948 which states:

1- right to life, liberty and security of person
2- right not to be subjected to torture, to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
3- right to recognition anywhere as a person before the law
4- right to equality before the law
5- right to a fair and public hearing
6- right to presume innocent of a criminal offence until proven guilty.
7- right to freedom of opinion and expression
8- right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
9- right to participate in political cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.

Therefore, the organization will help and stand by every oppressed until they get their rights as told by the law.

Also the organization will encourage groups to set up human rights organizations to protect their rights without the interfering of the government “non government organization” (NGO).

The organization will support all human rights activists who would encourage freedom of expression with respect, justice and equality for the oppressed.
